I tend to get an attitude when all I see are peeps in the wrong forums for the wrong reasons.

"My Xbox live doesn't work I want money" sounds nothing like connecting to Xbox live on Xbox one support. it sounds like "I want I want I want" not "hey ill be patient and see if anyone has anything worth while to post"

 

When my car breaks down they give me a newer model to drive until mine is fixed. You need a new car ZX if your deals doesn't compensate you for breakdowns.

Don't get me wrong, I am as annoyed as everyone else. But while we're becoming more reliant on technology, surely unreliability and vulnerability becomes more of an issue too?
