Xbox live is charging me twice

If you don't recognize a charge on your account, go to the Manage your payments page of your Microsoft account dashboard and select "Investigate".

Tip: If you believe someone has acquired your payment info, I would recommend that contact your bank or your payment provider to prevent more charges. Kindly inform them that your card has been compromised.

By doing this, an internal investigation from your bank will be initiated. Once proved that the charges was made by someone else, necessary adjustments will be placed in your credit account.

iv brought a xbox live gold 25% off for $22.00 and its only charged me $2 and im still on silver? i need help and it has charged me twice oh and i brought in on the xbox dashbored

call up support and talk to somebody in billing they should be able to help ya out good luck.
