Discus and support Xbox live is charging me twice in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; today I bought the dlc for shadow of war and my card was charged twice, I want to keep the product I bought but want a refund on the double charge made...     It isn't showing up in my download history either if you look at the profile it says i have played re4 like a week ago and it isn't registering that i bought it before

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have clarifications with regards to the charges that you receiving from Microsoft.

    If you don't recognize a charge on your account, go to the Manage your payments page of your Microsoft account dashboard and select "Investigate".

    In addition, you may also use Microsoft troubleshooter to help you understand why you have been charged.

    Tip: If you believe someone has acquired your payment info, I would recommend that contact your bank or your payment provider to prevent more charges. Kindly inform them that your card has been compromised.

    By doing this, an internal investigation from your bank will be initiated. Once proved that the charges was made by someone else, necessary adjustments will be placed in your credit account.
