Xbox live is broke again

xbox live keeps kicking me then won't let me log back in. The exact same thing it was doing yesterday ......

Well...customer service...

I had to call MS a few years back...didnt have the money for xbox live and it was auto payment... the guy said no problem and i can come back when I could afford it once again. not trying to start fanboy wars, but sony was harder to deal with when my ps3 broke under warranty

XBL is broken (again)

I came off early last night to order some food and watch a film and it was ok for me.

I did read some of the remarks on Twitter about it XBL going down. Funny, we have all sorts of badness happening in the world, some people don't mention a thing about it, an online service goes down for a time and it's like the world is going to end :/

Thanks for the reply restarting didn't work. Sadly I can't do a reset because of me not being able to go online due to an update that keeps canceling from network issues is there any ways to fix this without a USB stick

I did the reset it seems maybe a little less finicky (although that's probably mental) one of my games says I need to buy it to play it. Minecraft says I'm offline also it still randomly disconnects yet I'm still talking in the party. Id wonder if its a hardware problem although me still talking in parties and stuff says different. Also thanks so much for the help it means the world!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If there will be no improvement after that, you may need to reset your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
