Xbox live is a joke

Ok so 3 days ago xbox live was down for an entire day no connecting to friends, every single day there are multiple issues like today the friends list is down again. And i cant even view my profile. People pay for a service and its quite expensive £6 a month!
I am sick of getting randomly disconnected from parties and games suddenly and so are my friends. Its funny as i was round at a friends and ps4 never drops out or has service issues not even once. Xbox live is a joke... Fact. You should have called it the
Glitch box

why is it that this stupid company so *** *** first they tell everyone that you can't take your games from the 360 to the one and then I find out that you can't even buy a movie and transfer the movie from one system to another I understand the game transfer
problem but I will not accept the excuse they gave me for them not being able to transfer the movies from one system to another this is why I'm seriously ticked at xbox live

Sorry to hear about the issue and I can definitely understand your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and in order to make sure that it gets seen by the proper folks, I recommend posting your feedback and suggestions on our Xbox
Feedback page. In the meantime, you should be able to stream the movies on your Xbox One that you had previously purchased on your Xbox 360. You can stream your videos from the Collection tab in the Xbox Video app.

 

While I agree that this is getting ridiculous, PSN is notably worse. I'm pretty sure it was down sometime this past week as well. Also, when they have their scheduled maintenances, they're not usually as courteous as MS. Sony performs theirs in the middle
of the day while MS does it usually well past midnight.

The only benefit to Playstation players is that they should pretty much expect random outages so it isn't quite as irritating to them.

 

Well i mean i only ever play ps4 at a friends and it seems fine to me so cant speak for everyone. But xbox live is getting ridiculous, friday night the start of the weekend and the service is down. Its the second time this week too all day monday i think
it was down.

 

Xbox Live has been a little dodgy all week but tonight really takes the mickey. I can't play any game, either cd or installed. I just get the loading message/screen. Working all work and Friday is game night, thanks Xbox Live.....

Please try if a system cache reset fixes your problem. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console. This
should help with loading issues as they are mostly local issues and not xbl related.
