Discus and support Xbox Live internal system error invalidated my XBL Gold code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So i had redeemed a 3 month XBL gold card on saturday (11/8/14) via the Xbox website.     Xbox Live internal system error invalidated my XBL Gold code


    So i had redeemed a 3 month XBL gold card on saturday (11/8/14) via the Xbox website. I go to turn on my console and it says i don't have a gold subscription. I check the xbox website again and i see the there is a Xbox Service error where downloading already
    purchased content did not work. I decided to go chat with Xbox Support and the rep that talked to me was "Orlan" ( don't know if thats relevant or not) he assured me that was the reason my code hadn't gone through and that once the error was lifted my Xbox
    service would be back to normal but...It's not and the error has already been lifted. I also don't have the entire code since i threw the card away and only remember 3 sets from the code...

    Very Interesting Observation

    @HailofSteel. I did just what the card said to do. On my xbox, which has XBL Gold until the 28th - I went to games, enter code and entered them there. It came up "ERROR code invalid" the rest is history.

    Just today I ordered another xbl gold bundle package This time with a controller.

    Sure hope it works this time around.

    I have the same error.

    I buy an xbox prepaid card for $ 24,99 valid for 3 months xbox live gold membership and the activation not work. The system show me an message "INVALID CODE".

    The prepaid card was powered by fastcard.

    So, where i can find help or support to solve this issue ?
