Xbox live in the Isle of Man

I've tried to renew Xbox Live and got a message to say the digital code is for the wrong region. I've now tried two codes - one purchased from Microsoft through my Microsoft account and another from a retailer in the Isle of Man. Previously these codes
have worked but I now get a message saying the code is for the wrong region. I've checked my region settings and these appear correct. Any ideas?

Isle of man isn't a xbox live region.

That's why you were given uk currency becauae the card you bought is uk

HOWEVER your account isn't uk

That's the issue

You can onLy use UK funds in UK

AND no regardless of what you try isle of man isn't a xbox live region

contact support mate that's strange or as others said try a hard reset maybe?

Do not buy from stores or distributors without complications to prevent them from delivering codes from another region and you could dial by call to Xbox support to Cer if there is a solution for your code

Try restarting your console, if that doesn't work try redeeming it through the website.

If your region set on console and region of code are the same it is best to contact support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

One more thing.

First, try to remove and add your account again on the console.

Try power cycle
your console as described on the bottom, of the page.
