Another way to get more help is to run your network diagnostics and let us know what it is saying for Live connectivity and Multiplayer. Is everything ok or is there a NAT issue. We could use some more details to help us better support the problem.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

that was a week ago during the rockstar promotion. MAX PAYNE 1 & 2 was at half the price. Since impossible to download MAX PAYNE 2. MAX PAYNE 1 works perfect
