In the game Fable aniversary for xbox 360 has an achievement that asks you to connect with smartglass, application that no longer exists and therefore I can not get the achievement, I like to get all the achievements of the games so please eliminate or
complete that achievement automatically.

You will need to contact Lionhead Studios they are the ones that produced the game so they have to make in game changes.

Yeah, the game is pretty much uncompletable from an achievement perspective now:

While it is frustrating, that is one of the pitfalls of hardcore achievement hunting. Games that have glitched achievements, or games where an achievement suddenly becomes unobtainable. Unfortunately the only way for that to ever get changed is if a studio
decides to patch / update achievements, and given Lionhead is out of business, Fable for now is left as it is.

In this case, contacting Lionhead studios will get you no where, as they no longer exist. Contacting Xbox Game Studios (Formerly Microsoft game studios) may be your best option.

Exactly, can you give me some contact or link to communicate with Xbox Game Studios please, I don't found it.

There is no real way to contact them as Xbox Game Studios is actually conprised of 13 seperate game development studios.
