Xbox live horizon modder and in-game cheater

While I was playing online I ran into a modder/hacker which ever is a proper name. He had a medal/emblem saying he was an employee for epic, but when the game was released they were told to not wear these emblems or usethe weapon skins in game. (Clear pixels)
he was also using a rapid fire mod. After I confronted him and reported him he sent me a message in Spanish saying "turning my booter on XD activated" and then 30 seconds after my modem completely shut off. His gamertag is:
[Mod Removed]





I would appreciate a ban or sensible suspension asI have blocked communication, reported him for cheating and tampering. Now I'm posting on the forums.

Your speculation is right and I was told specifically by xbox live support that unless a certain amount of players report the person the constant flux of higher titled game reports out numbers your complaint almost constantly, So chances are your problem
will be overlooked. And why does no one understand a modder or cheater is not game specific? Take a modder out of GTA 4 you also remove that modder from any other games they play it's common sense really?

Doing so is more likely to get you suspended from here than it is the other person from LIVE.

You've done everything you can by reporting and blocking the person. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the Enforcement Team to do their job.
