    Hi guys, I know this is a bit late to respond but there was an issue which caused the Xbox Live services to go down relating to European ISP's.

    You can always check the status of Xbox Live services and applications on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles by visiting the following link:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    If there is an issue with the service the engineers will add updates to that section of the website and inform everyone of what's happening.
