    Hello, So recently, my xbox one has had connection issues to Xbox live. when i go to me network settings all i see is "checking for available services" my nat type is also open/moderate Sometimes. It would randomly work when it wants to and sometimes it
    would not, i followed every troubleshooting guide, and also check my network statistics. i have a wireless connection with 87% signal strength. Everything would load up most of the time, but when i try to connect to xbox live, it keep's saying something is
    wrong with my network, but i am connected to wifi. my ISP is Comcast And i am ready to give up. I have tried everything from looking on xbox support to fellow user who have the same problem and also youtube and google.... if someone could please provide me
    assistance so this would not happen anymore. Thank you.

    I have the Halo LASO checkpoints if you need them

    I need help with all 4 LASO checkpoints on xbox live, gamertag ACIDBATH69. If someone is kind enough to pass these to me, then I will pass them to 5 other people to keep the train rolling. Im online almost every day so message me whenever i am online on xbox live. thanks in advance.

    i have also restarted my modem multiple times and power cycled me console. why is this happening?

    Probably your router , is your modem and router one device ? And did it come frome Comcast ?....get the model number and we will check it...

    Yes my modem and router is one device, ARRIS TG862G/CT and i'm pretty sure it did come from comcast.

    That router has "known issues" , well known if your wireless...try it wired and see ...

    I cannot try wired because my PC and Xbox once are in separate rooms. does this mean i cannot connect to xbox live?

    Can you move the xbox closer to test with , you can try certain things , re do the wireless connection , change the wireless channel ...the link below tells you how...

    also if you cant get a cat 5 cable to it (wired is much better) then you may call Comcast and see if they will "upgrade" your equipment for free, of course ....(they usually will) or if you cant get it working you could get your own modem and router (don't
    get a combo device , separate modem , separate router) ...

    Out of personal experience with being hacked I will give you this information. Contact Live Chat Support. They are incredibly helpful! They can tell you when your account was last accessed, and if you were hacked and purchases were made I can almost guarantee
    your case will be resolved. When I went through this process I calmly described the situation, and how I lost 60$ worth of MSP from purchases I didn't make, and during my time of being off Xbox [30 days]. The servicer was incredibly helpful, gave me a phone
    call and some information. She told me my account was suspended for 5 days while information is found out about the hacker.

    After the 5 days my account was released with a new email and password, and I was refunded my points, the person received a console ban and I'm fairly positive law enforcement was brought in for theft. The worst thing you can do in a case like this is not
    try to get it dealt with.

    If you haven`t you will have no chance to get your account back,without an email or password.

    Sorry but if that account was banned then you forfiet any games,dlc etc that was bought with that account.

    You will have to pay full price for the game if you buy it with a different account.

    Your other account will not be "unbanned" just so you can get Minecraft at the discount price.
