    hi does anyone know how I can set up xbox live to share with another account.... I have paid it for the year and want to share it with my sons account on the xbox but its making it soooooooo difficult! please help.. ive googled 1000000s times and got nowhere!

    I have the Halo LASO checkpoints if you need them

    I need help with all 4 LASO checkpoints on xbox live, gamertag ACIDBATH69. If someone is kind enough to pass these to me, then I will pass them to 5 other people to keep the train rolling. Im online almost every day so message me whenever i am online on xbox live. thanks in advance.

    Hello Samantha,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are the accounts being used on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? The Xbox One has a feature called My Home Xbox. This feature allows one account to share Xbox Live Gold and games to other accounts on the console.
    The article entitled
    How to Designate an Xbox One Console as Your Home Xbox     will explain how to set this up. If the accounts are being used on an Xbox 360, the subscription is not able to be shared to each account. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Hello!

    Firstly, you need to make sure that the account with the live has been linked to a My Home Xbox, then you must ensure that it is enabled as the main account of the console. All this can be found personalise in the settings.

    Hey Samantha!

    Just to be on the same page here, the 1st account (Xbox Live Gold holder) is set to My Home Xbox on the 2nd console signed out and the 2nd account signed in right? Not removed just signed out.

    One option is to clear all system data. This will clear all accounts and allow you to restart the xbox start up. When you’re prompted, you cam enter the details of the account that has live. To do this, follow the steps, and remeber to keep the games!

    Out of personal experience with being hacked I will give you this information. Contact Live Chat Support. They are incredibly helpful! They can tell you when your account was last accessed, and if you were hacked and purchases were made I can almost guarantee
    your case will be resolved. When I went through this process I calmly described the situation, and how I lost 60$ worth of MSP from purchases I didn't make, and during my time of being off Xbox [30 days]. The servicer was incredibly helpful, gave me a phone
    call and some information. She told me my account was suspended for 5 days while information is found out about the hacker.

    .

    After the 5 days my account was released with a new email and password, and I was refunded my points, the person received a console ban and I'm fairly positive law enforcement was brought in for theft. The worst thing you can do in a case like this is not
    try to get it dealt with.

    If you haven`t you will have no chance to get your account back,without an email or password.

    Sorry but if that account was banned then you forfiet any games,dlc etc that was bought with that account.

    You will have to pay full price for the game if you buy it with a different account.

    Your other account will not be "unbanned" just so you can get Minecraft at the discount price.
