    When I try to purchase xbox live gold it gives me this statement:

    Change your settings to allow purchases
    Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children.


    Does anyone know how to fix this?If it's not possible to fix this can someone tell me how my parent could purchase me xbox live gold by paying it on their profile and sending it to mine.

    I have the Halo LASO checkpoints if you need them

    I need help with all 4 LASO checkpoints on xbox live, gamertag ACIDBATH69. If someone is kind enough to pass these to me, then I will pass them to 5 other people to keep the train rolling. Im online almost every day so message me whenever i am online on xbox live. thanks in advance.

    Xbox Live Help

    Your parent would need to go in to your settings and make the changes necessary. Either that or they could purchase a Gold membership card to add to your account.

    It is not possible to purchase a membership and then transfer it to another account.

    Out of personal experience with being hacked I will give you this information. Contact Live Chat Support. They are incredibly helpful! They can tell you when your account was last accessed, and if you were hacked and purchases were made I can almost guarantee
    your case will be resolved. When I went through this process I calmly described the situation, and how I lost 60$ worth of MSP from purchases I didn't make, and during my time of being off Xbox [30 days]. The servicer was incredibly helpful, gave me a phone
    call and some information. She told me my account was suspended for 5 days while information is found out about the hacker.

    After the 5 days my account was released with a new email and password, and I was refunded my points, the person received a console ban and I'm fairly positive law enforcement was brought in for theft. The worst thing you can do in a case like this is not
    try to get it dealt with.

    If you haven`t you will have no chance to get your account back,without an email or password.

    Sorry but if that account was banned then you forfiet any games,dlc etc that was bought with that account.

    You will have to pay full price for the game if you buy it with a different account.

    Your other account will not be "unbanned" just so you can get Minecraft at the discount price.
