Xbox live help please

Hi I have a new Xbox one and I'm signed up for one months free Xbox live gold trial , how ever although I have set the x1 to be my home Xbox one it still dose not let me access online content related to the Xbox live stuff I.e uploading clips play multiplayer
with mates it just keeps on saying I must buy Xbox live gold access which I already have . please help what is the problem what is cause ing this and yes I am signed in as well with the right account

So do you have to buy xbox live to git minecraft because i really have bad internet plus i can not git xbox live i have no $$$ so if you can help me please add a comment

This is 3 days now example I downloaded van helsing and that was free down load with Xbox live gold and just tried to play it 8 times trying to start it before it would play each time it was saying I needed Xbox live gold and then on 8th go it loaded ,
I don't know why this is and it really is a pain in the ......

remove your account from the xbox and re add this, other than that contact support as the profile is not synching the gold status

Thanks for help guys I ended up adding the code I got in the box which is only 14 days of gold instead of 4 weeks Powell at least its working , I have always been a PC gamer but can not afford to get a 980ti and I'm really pleased with the Xbox one quite

If you haven't entered an e-mail chances are it isn't registered. More than likely you haven't completed the registration process - try logging in on your console and if it connects to the Live network that means that it has been registered.
