    Xbox live Help Please


    I am getting the error, [0x87DD0013] and it has made it so I can't connect with others, or play games I was playing with a little bit ago. (It forced me off) How can I get this to stop, it has lead me to a few areas,though those haven't solved the problem.

    (I have come here because xbox support isn't working for me right now)

    If you haven't entered an e-mail chances are it isn't registered. More than likely you haven't completed the registration process - try logging in on your console and if it connects to the Live network that means that it has been registered.

    Thanks for help guys I ended up adding the code I got in the box which is only 14 days of gold instead of 4 weeks Powell at least its working , I have always been a PC gamer but can not afford to get a 980ti and I'm really pleased with the Xbox one quite
