    Why am I not surprised? This is getting old. We're paying for a service that, as of late, is almost never functioning properly. When is this going to change? This is very frustrating.

    My friends list has disappeared

    Xbox live was having some connection issues earlier. It is up and running again.

    have these issues in every game, only a few? Are you connected to your home network via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?

    Camaro: you may want to post this in the beta forums. Support tends to keep an eye out in there a little more and if you are having an issue like this, they'll probably want to hear it so they can see what's goin on. :)
