Xbox live had a error

so i put in my xbox live gift cards yesterday and it said there was a error and the xbox live didnt work. So then i tryed to put it in today again and it said it was already used so i went to my console and tryed to use xbox live and it didnt work i use
two of them last night too.

Can't sign in to my account.

Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

Maybe a problem with your connection. what is your internet like? you using eathernet or wifi to connect the console?

Is the sub showing up here as active?

If its showing up there do the following on your Console:

- Remove your Profile as explained here: support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

- Press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console until it shuts off. Unplug Console and Powerbrick from Power for around 2 Minutes, Replug and restart.

- Readd your profile as explained here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you remove it
