are you on a line or wifi make sure the right band on wifi ruiter helps there are loads of app to help with this too. also if ur on a line donot put cable any where nere the house live this has a impact on ur internet.power cycle hops keeping ram clear and

Are you losing connection randomly? When you lose connection if you set your Xbox to offline mode you should be able to play most of your games.

It sounds like it may be losing connection through your internet. I haven't seen any other reports of Xbox Live itself going down continuously. Maybe try to check your connection and reset your modem/router and see if that helps? Best of luck!
