Xbox live gone down again!

It's been an ongoing problem for over a month. It's absolutely ridiculous that these issues haven't been sorted out yet. I've talked with a few different Xbox Support Reps. and they have been somewhat helpful. I've even re-routed all my networking to get
it closer to my TV/Xbox and etc. Pretty sad when you buy a new $400-$500 game console and you can't even use it to play online or to it's full potential.

Hell I can't even watch Netflix or stream my SOA episodes from Xbox Video, now this *** me off the most! Almost tempted to get rid of the XB1 and get a PS4. My buddies have had no issues with their consoles....

I dont understand why, when you know that the lizard squad is attacking you and purposefully hacking you and taking out your servers that you are not trying to do anything about it. I heard about this after i was searching the web to try and find out why
we got knocked offline - first thing to pop up? lizard squad shuts down xbox live - if you read their facebook page or twitter feeds, they say that this is only the beginning - it is so irritating when i spend hundreds of dollars a year on this system and
on games and you cannot protect yourselves.

I just spent close to $800 on an Xbox one bundle, games and controller three days ago, and I can't even get past the first update. This is ruining my experience of what should have been an exciting time, not to mention the amount of time I've spent trying
to figure this thing out. Microsoft lift your game because this is ridiculous

Just think, over 24million likes on Xbox's Facebook as provided below. That's at least the very worst of $60/yr for every single person, plus whatever else is purchased through the xbox its self; and yet they/we still can't be protected by potential hackers
and other threats..

I Have problems with loading friends list, my profile account and open gruop chat. I can't see who is on line. Another problem is the synch of data game when i start a game. I've tried the hard reset but nothing to do!
