Xbox Live Gold

I am completely unable torenew my xbox live gold which i thought i had purchesed a month of two ago but apparently did not. When i click on the link on either my xbox or a browser all it brings up is just some unending cycle of ‘mange’ the subscription
which leads me to managing all my subscriptions, when i get to that page and scroll down to xbox live and click renew it just brings me back to the first link of manage. Does microsft not want the money im trying to give it or does someone need to fix this
ever so irritating problem cause its quite infuriating.
