I have been given a years live gold voucher today for my birthday, it was bought in the UK to use in the UK. When i enter the code it says im in the wrong region, ive checked my settings and everything is set to the UK can anyone help please.

1. Contact us here
2. Select Billing
3. Select "Error messages and codes"
4. Say 'No thanks" to the virtual agent
5. Skip step 3, and Select request a call from support
