I have a question concerning Xbox Live Gold subscription. On 22th of September I was withdrawn some money to prolong my subscription, but I do not want to use it for now. Is it possible to cancel it and get a refund?

contacting Xbox support Directly to speak to someone live about your account. Unfortunately no one on forums will be able to manage your account or promise any refunds. When you click contact us, be sure to say no thanks to the virtual assistant in order
to speak to a live person.
