    In the case of the error code saying that the 14-Day trial was already redeemed, I would suggest to contact

    Live Support    .

    Live support has further more tools to assist with any issues with Pre-paid codes/Free trials. As this is only forums support we don't have access to any accounts or codes.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Games)
    and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).
