    I have this Problem too ! in my opinion they should fire they`re staff becauce their Job is useless when you get a offer for Nothing.

    Definitely. They are now even using volunteers as human shields so I really don't get it why the hell does Microsoft still keeps staff. Why not replace the staff with AI as well??? They never deal with customers personally anyway.
