XBOX LIVE GOLD 会员升级XGPU失败

在XBOX官网中了解到，XBOX LIVE GOLD会员，可以通过10港币升级成为XGPU会员。

于是我购买了9 XBOX LIVE GOLD激活卡片，全部激活至我的账户后，订阅到期时间显示至2025年6月。

接下来，我想要通过订阅信息中的按钮（升级到Xbox game pass ultimate），完成升级。

但点击链接后跳转的页面显示URL错误，页面法显示等信息。

于是我转至XBOX应用中，选择了订阅XBOX game pc服务，完成付款后，显示订阅时间仅为三个月

并且在我的账户订阅信息中查看到，订阅信息为两部分：

1 XBOX LIVE GOLD会员（订阅过期日期，2025年6月10日）

2 PC Game Pass（下一次收费 2022/9/16）

我想咨询贵团队的是，为何我没有升级成功呢？

目前我要如何操作，才能将GOLD会员升级成 XGPU会员？

还有为何在订阅成功后，订阅信息中的按钮（升级到Xbox game pass ultimate），跳转至的页面，又是可显示的状态（并且入按钮不可选）？

第一个问题。不应在页面购买xgpu，xgp计划不包括大陆，浏览器页面肯定进不去。可以在pc上的Xbox应用购买xgpu。就是这失误买的pgp的。

第二个问题。xpgu是订阅计划的ultimate。所以pgp 法升级金会员，只有xgpu可以升级这些较低级的订阅计划。

解决办法就是再在xbox应用购买xgpu升级即可。购买地域需要一致。

注意：购买 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 会自动依转换率将现有 Xbox Live Gold、Xbox Game Pass （PC 或 Console）及/或 EA Play 会员资的剩余天数分别升级为 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate。若要了解如何运作，请访问 www.xbox.com/gamepass。未来的代兑换也会以转换率为准。转换率可能变动。所有对Xbox Game Pass Ultimate的转换法恢复：转换之后，法再将Xbox Game Pass Ultimate会员资转换回先前的会员资。须受 EA Play 条款约束：www.ea.com/ea-play/terms。其他现有订阅可能也会转换。每个账户一次最多只能兑换36个月的Xbox Game Pass Ultimate，其中包括任何从Xbox Live Gold、Xbox Game Pass （PC或Console）及/或EA Play转换的时间。

an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack". Along those lines, I can understand that you're frustrated seeing as it is not supported in your region. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
