Xbox Live Gold - Xbox One

Hello.

I'm from Brazil and I purchased XBOX Live Gold (1 year) on Sunday, September 21, 2014.

I received the confirmation by e-mail and the payment was confirmed on my bill.

I went on my Xbox yesterday to play and it says I don't have XBOX Live Gold anymore.

The support from Brazil said that can´t help me because my account is registered with a USA address.

How do I fix this?

as far as i know, gold is not affected by changing regions as long as both regions are gold enabled.

if you have a purchase confirmation either they have to help you enable it or provide you with a refund at least because you can not use it that way.

on xbox one you can easily change regions by opening settings -> system -> language&region: if you make a change there this will create a new billing profile to your one single gamertag.

Please contact phone support if your membership has been cancelled as that would be a billing issue.

I resolved my problem changing my Xbox Live region to Brazil, in "My Account" >> "Change my region" on the site Xbox.com.
