    Hi, so my son has purchased a 12 month xbox live gold membership and is complaining that it isn't working he bought it 22/02/18

    and any services to do with gold do not work his Gamertag is:

    xbox doesnt reconize gold account

    Hey there, when your son is able to please have them try a full power cycle with all the steps in our

    power cycle guide     then check if he can use Xbox Live Gold features.
