XBOX Live Gold with Xbox One and Xbox 360

I have just got an Xbox One and will be looking to purchase Xbox Live Gold, is there a way to have the Gold features for online gaming etc for a different profile on an xbox 360?

My son now has my old xbox 360 and want to play games like minecraft with his friends which requires GOLD, can this be done with a single GOLD account?

Can i order a standard Xbox 360 Live 12-moth Gold code online, to use on Xbox One Live?
They are all the same i assume, i don't need a special Xbox One version do i...

i don't want any fancy Killer Instinct xbone promo live version as mentioned above.

On the XBOX 360 - ever user who wants to play online has to have their own Gold account. He can use your account of course however this will kick you off the ONE as 2 accounts cannot be online at the same time.

Actually, you can be signed into the 360 and the One at the same time. You can't be signed into 2 360s or 2 Ones at the same time. But it would still be recommended that you get a separate subscription for your son's account as it is against the code of
conduct to let anyone else use your account.

Xbox One games with gold are usable by you when you have an active gold subscription and have redeemed them. If your subscription ends, you will have to buy the game or resubscribe to xbox live gold to use them again. There is no
way to redeem a past xbox live game with gold when it is no longer available for redemption.

Xbox 360 games with gold are different - you own those whether you have xbox live gold or not - on xbox one and xbox 360.
