Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

There is currently a service alert up that is affecting the ability to activate a new subscription.
You can try removing the account from the console and re adding it to the console or, If that does not work, official support will have to activate it at
support.xbox.com/contact-us

I talked to a live agent who couldn't fix it, then referred me to EA support. EA support couldn't fix it, they told me to contact xbox support☹️
