    Xbox live gold was transferred incorrectly


    I had an xbox live gold subscription that was valid until 25.12.2021. I upgraded it to xbox ultimate and it said that my subscription from the live gold would be transferred. Live gold is cancelled now but they want me to pay again for the ultimate subscription in a month. Shouldn't the live gold last until December as well? And if not is it possible for me to get my live gold membership back?

    Double check your subscription at http://account.microsoft.com to see when it says your Ultimate will end. If you got an email that you will pay next month for Ultimate, that's just default information when you start a subscription.

    If that site still shows the wrong date for your subscription, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Are you looking at the deals with gold deals? If it says With Gold next to the discounted price and you don't have xbox live then you won't get that special price. If you do have xbox live gold then I'm not sure why the price would show incorrectly.
