The upstream bandwidth Is undetected Nat rating is open Packet loss rate is undetected

Thanks for your suggestions, i just had a look and it says Upstream undetected, nat open downstream undetected.

1. Try to hold on the top of controller small circle, when controller is turned on, light should start blinking faster. While doing that, connect that controller to your Xbox console by cable (do not connect to battery, but to controller itself) the light
should stop blinking and should become stable light). Also you must have original Xbox One controller.

2. If first point did not work, try to contact microsoft support.

3. If you have second controller, try to connect it same way as point 1.
