    Microsoft Account. If you purchased the subscription on your account, please take a moment to
    View and manage your subscriptions on Xbox One to
    confirm the purchase.

    I recommend to try Power
    cycling the Xbox One -Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable    . If the issue persists, contact
    Customer Support
    for further assistance. Unfortunately, here in forums we do not have any tools for billing or subscription issues.

    Online play requires servers, which are purchased and maintained using the subscription fees paid by Xbox Live Gold users. It would not be fair to extend a benefit to one game that is not extended to all others.
