    Xbox Live Gold trouble


    I just bought a brand new x box one s and it was supposed to come with 3 free months of xbox live gold. however after opening I can't figure out how to redeem it. Can someone help me with my problem?

    cant redeem points code!!!

    I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

    You need to have Xbox Live Gold, and also need to check If Xbox live Status is having any trouble with that game

    If it was a bundle with a 3 month code, you should have gotten a card in the box with a 25 character code on it.

    Use that 25 character code to redeem your membership.

    Sorry to hear you're having Xbox Live Gold troubles. What features of Xbox Live are you having trouble with? Since this began, have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One and adding it back to see if there's any change?
