xbox live gold trial stopped working after less then 24 hours

Hi, i signed up for the free trial last night so i could play gta 5 online, after downloading all the packs i was playing for a few hours and it was all good

then i changed my gamer tag and now i can't access it anymore, im getting the same message i got before i signed up for the trial about my account not having permission to access it.

I red to fix it i just delete my profile (and lose all my save files) and re-download it, and thats what i did but its still not working

what is going on?

Xbox Expiry and Trial Codes

If it's a 24 hour trial then yes,you get 24 hours from when it's activated,& yes,you can use a trial if you have had gold before.

Just remember that trials only give you limited access to some xbox live features & some games won't let you play online with a trial.

Thank you, I have a 2 day trial free with my FIFA 17 Game. I have a 3 month trial that is ending 2moro the 18th, will i get the full 24 hours out of it?

If you lost access to your trial period then you'll need to contact phone support as this is a billing issue that only they can handle. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

Also, I wanted to mention that you should pay the $10 to change your name again before an enforcement action is placed on your account. It seems to go against the ToU and CoC of the Live service that you agreed to when you signed up for it.

you need to sign into a gold account to unlock the characters, but even if its a 24 hour trial you will keep the characters after it expires

in less than 24 hours I will have a WORKING PS4 thanks for making my mind up Microsoft my 1 hour old xbox one is in the BOX going back to game stop I don't care if it works or not
