xbox live gold need an credit card to give me a reedme code but in our country we dont have credit card

You cant use your accounts currency balance to purchase xbox live or use xbox live trial. You have always had to have a credit/debit card on file in order to use trials offered on the xbox or to purchase membership.

If you want to use a trial thats being offered on the dashboard or purchase gold membership on the dashboard youll need a credit or debit card on file.

Otherwise you will just need to buy an xbox live gold membership card instead

Hi there,

Iran isn't a supported country for Xbox Live according to this page:
www.xbox.com/.../countries

So it's not possible to get Xbox Live in your country.

Also be aware that using a different country then the one you are physically located in is not supported and may cause issues.

Side note: Please be aware that it isn't allowed to ask for other people their credit card information

Also it is a embargoed country and isnt allowed on xbox live due to the international laws and current embargo

As clarified in the support page you need a valid method of payment linked to your account in order to get the free trial:
