Xbox Live Gold Trail Didn't Work, No Support Available

Bought an xbox one and went to use my gold trial on the 360. It redeemed but I can't play multiplayer.

Contacted xbox support via chat, dude from India who is clearly ESL spends an hour repeating the same questions to avoid admitting he can't help me

Check my Hotmail and see a thread I posted yesterday on the subject has been answered. Check thread, someone tells me "too bad" then votes their comment as an answer and my thread is locked.

I wounder if Sonys costumer support is this horrible. I might trade my xb1 in for a ps4 and find out. Enjoy the better gpu and cpu while I'm at it

correctly at https://commerce.microsoft.com. If your account shows that your membership was redeemed correctly and you are still unable to access the multiplayer features, I recommend reaching out

hay i have signed up to the xbox 360 live gold membership trail for a month. it was working fine but now it wont let me access it. even put in my credit card details so i could get it next month. was trailing it to see if i liked but now its not working

If you purchased the Live Gold Trial, then Not all of the features of live are available with the Trail. I don't think you get the free games and I don't believe you get game sharing either.

Once you get the Full version of Gold then you will have access to those features.
