    Xbox Live Gold Tenure


    Can anyone help with all of my 6 years of Xbox Live Gold Tenure going away? My Xbox Live Gold Membership ran out about 2-3 weeks ago but I immediately used a gold trial. When I entered my new 12 month Gold Membership, I noticed that all 6 of my years had
    been gone. I'm looking to get the years back on my account.

    I've contact support about this before and just had to wait it out. Your tenure should reappear with sometime.

    Yeah,as you used a trial that wouldn't count towards your tenure so the system sore you as not being gold.

    Just give it a while & your tenure will be back.

    As is mentioned in that sticky there

    Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time
    has finished.

    For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag.

    Only the paid Gold membership time builds toward your tenure, trial subscriptions and free subscription time does not add on to your tenure count.
