    Hello,

    I purchased 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription online from Microsoft store. However, I haven't received any code to redeem (online or physical card)

    How can I resolve this?

    If you purchased it directly from the Microsoft Store while you were logged in, it will be added to you account automatically; no code needed. To verify, sign into the
    Microsoft account website and look at Services & Subscriptions.

    Thanks for reaching out! If you purchased a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription online from Microsoft store, then they should have sent out an email to the email address associated with your profile containing the code for redemption. If you have
    not as yet received it (in either your inbox or in spam/junk folders) then it would be a good idea to
    contact Xbox support so that they can assist you in finding the code for use. If you prefer to speak to someone over the phone, you can select 'No Thanks' when the virtual agent
    option appears and then select to receive a callback.

    Sign into Xbox One using that same Microsoft account, and it'll work. That said, right now there is a temporary issue with Xbox Live that MIGHT prevent you signing on. Get details at the
    Support site.

      expires.
    • Prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and bundles.
    • You can’t access Games with Gold for the Xbox 360 with this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
    • You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
      and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
    • If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
