    Hi, I recently renewed my xbox live sub on xbox one. The end of the sub is set to expire on the 14th of this month (october), which I thought each payment gives you a month of service. My account was set to auto-renew since I first joined a couple months
    ago. I did not pay for last month and instead opted to wait until the end of September to pick up my live sub. Is there a way someone from microsoft can change my account so that payments are due at the end of each month and give me access to the service for
    the whole month as they are intended for? Thanks for your help.

    Anyway the live subscription is not covering an actual month, but a monthly period starting when you activate it. Expiration date depends on how much time is left on your subscription.

    Can't microsoft reset the billing period for every new subscription? If I am paying once a month would i be best to stop the recurring bill? And if i did that would the billing cycle be 30 days? This is kind of a rip off since it looks like i have to pay twice
    for the same service in merely one month. Obviously this is a cash grab for microsoft to get the most out of customers by forcing us to buy a longer termed live subscription.
