Xbox Live Gold subscription payment

Hello! As friends, first of all i apologize for my bad English, i do not speak English so i am using part of the translator.



I came here to report on a purchase i made on the VIP subscription, because i did not work the purchase because i had not changed the region in the XBOX console i decided to go to my computer to check and i paid 2 subscriptions but only 1 of these Was
credited to my account. One was redeem code and the other was purchased directly from the console.



The code when i enter it says to be used or with an error, because of this is that i am opening a post for support, the payments were already withdrawn from my credit card, so i left the number of orders here.

Sorry to see any charge issues! I believe what you are saying is that you seem to have been charged for two subscriptions for Gold instead of just one. If this is the case, depending on how many you've purchased, you should be able to see the total time
of your subscription on the
Subscription page. If it adds up to the total time you believe to have paid for, then there should be no issue! (For example, if you paid for two 1 month subscriptions, it would end in May; if you paid for two 3 month subscriptions, it would end in September.)

However, if it's only showing the one subscription credited, and you need a refund, you will need to
contact us via phone or chat support. We are unable to assist with any refunds here on our support forums.
