Xbox live gold subscription payment overdue

Hi,

so i have purchused an xbox live gold subscribtion with gift card funds that i reddemed on my account like 3 months ago. than my subscribtion was suspended bacause i didnt have enough funds on my acount because i only needed gold subscription for a month.
But now i want to subscribe again and i want to pay for it from the funds that i have currently on my account, but it says that i have to pay my overdue payment with a credit card or paypal which i dont want to do. Is there any way to pay for the overdue subscription
with the funds that are already on my account.

I've overdue payment for XBOX Live Gold subscription.

How can I change payment method/pay for it?

Or how can I cancel this subscription?

You would need to actually pay that with a card/PayPal like it says. :/

yes, but the problem is that my subscribtion is in another country because the gift card that I used was for another country's Xbox store, so now I can't use my credit card to pay because it's not from the country where my gold is activated and I can't subscribe
to another gold subscribtion with my credit card in my current country becouse it says that I already have gold in another region.

It's a really f*cked up situation

has your Live Gold expired and do you have an overdue balance?

if it has you may need to pay that before you can change the subscription

Another thought, is recurring payments turned on or off?

Wouldn't they also be able to buy a month (assuming their is no overdue balance), then have the payments recurring based on that month?

Yeah you have the money on your payment method and as soon as the overdue payment is received by Microsoft then you will have your Gold subscription again.

Make sure your account is not on hold for an overdue payment.
