    Xbox live gold subscription not working


    Hi, I got my xbox one about 3 or 4 months ago and I got the monthly subscription for xbox live gold where it charges you $10 a month. It's been working fine until now. I'll try to play online but then it says that it is checking for permissions after that
    it says that I have to buy gold so I selected the subscription that I already had, then it said that it was past due, so I went to the website ( account.microsoft.com ) then it said that everything was fine. At the bottom it had a link that said "paying for
    past due subscriptions" so I hit that and then it said to hit the pay now button but there wasn't a pay now button. But I'm still not able to play onlinr, it just keeps saying the same thing. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

    i am having the same problem with my annual subscription. did anyone contact you to resolve this? its been a month i am having this problem.

    Xbox support please resolve this pending issue.

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.

    Do you still have an Xbox live gold subscription?

    To continue to have the license to play the Xbox One games It is required to keep a gold subscription active on the account. And NO sharing a gold subscription with another profile does not work.

    The 360 games are not affected by the gold subscription requirement.

    Once you renew the gold subscription you will gain access back to the licenses for the Xbox One Games with Gold.
