    Hi community,

    I need your help, my xbox live gold subscription is not working, it's like having it for nothing. when I want to play a game that needs Xbox Live it offers me to subscribe whenever i'm already subscribed.

    I just purchased it for 1 year btw.

    I contacted xbox.com support and they got me a one month xbox live gold subscription so it all worked out for the best.
