    Xbox Live Gold subscription issues after renewal


    Hello everyone,

    I recently renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription, but I've been experiencing some issues ever since. After the renewal, my account doesn't seem to recognize the subscription properly. Despite being charged, I'm unable to access online multiplayer features and the free games that are supposed to come with the subscription.

    I've tried restarting my console and signing in and out of my account, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, what steps did you take to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The $1 Xbox Live Gold offer was only made available to new subscriptions from members on Silver Xbox Live subscriptions for the first month only. After the first month, the subscription will renew at the regular price of Xbox Live Gold.

    Xbox Live Gold subscriptions after the first month are not free and also need to be payed for at the regular retail price. If you want to keep your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need to pay for it at the full regular retail price.

    Even though the Xbox Live Gold trial subscription is free, we need a payment option on file because the subscription will renew to a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription unless you cancel it. You must add a payment option such as a credit card or PayPal to your
    account for it. If you don’t want a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription after your Xbox Live Gold trial subscription ends, you will need to cancel it.
