XBOX Live Gold subscription issue

Hello,

I have been trying to subscribe to the XBox Live Gold but each time I am trying to pay it is showing an error...

I tried to pay it through the xbox (wireless and wired connections) and through my computer even with two web browsers and it still doesn't work...

I also could not find the error on the errorhelp page so here it is (sorry this is in french):

I think the error comes from my account but I don't know why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

Seems like the issue is not regarding to your game edition it is due to your subscription. The game requires Xbox Live Gold subscription to play it. It’s either you will purchase Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since the Ultimate included Xbox Live Gold as well.

It's because you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play the game, YuhanLK. Once you purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription you should be able to play the game without any issues.
