Xbox Live Gold Subscription Gone AWOL

It's just happened to me yesterday did you guys ever get it sorted out at a loose end here not sure what to do.

 

This happened to me last night, was working fine one second then the next it said I required Gold to join a party.

Contacted support and after running through a load of unplug this, delete that etc it didn't fix it. They then said that I had to wait 24 hours for it to be escalated.

The weird thing is this problem isn't new, a friend of mine had the exact same problem about three months ago and it took them five weeks to fix the problem. Eventually it was determined that a "back end" update on Xbox Live had corrupted some accounts.

The other weird thing is that my 360 is fine, I can play online on that no problem, so it looks like its only my Xbox One that think I have a "Silver" account.

 

Been in contact with customer support and apparantly it's all down to the current Xbox live issues, fingers crossed it's fixed quickly.

 

Thought I was the only one, c'mon MS get it together, I'm trying to play double xp on bf4 this weekend

 

Had this happen to me yesterday, on day two of a 14 day membership. Contacted support they couldn't fix it, gave me a free month, and 8 hours later it stopped working. Contacted customer support again and was told their engineers are working on and they
would give me a reference number and send my information up the food chain.

 

Apparently all the trial things have stopped working if you purchase a sub you should be ok as far as I know

 

Same problem i have the same for 3 days now and i have the one for 4 days and played 1 day online and i can do nothing

 

i have the problem 4 days ago from the time that i buy the console

what can i do to fix it help me
