Xbox Live Gold Subscription Gone AWOL

I know others are having this issue however it's really beginning to frustrate me! I spoke to customer support at the weekend and informed them that despite paying for XBL Gold (and have done for the past 4-5 years) my console is telling me that I need to
get a Gold subscription to go online. I did check online and my subscription was up-to-date and they've even taken another payment out of my account on Tuesday!!!!

Despite having the problem 'escalated' it's now 4 days later and there is still no update. It seems that because there aren't enough people suffering from this project it's just not really that important and it will be sorted when it's sorted, no time frames
or anything.

What also annoys me is that each time I speak to someone they give me different info or claim that they're not even aware that it's an issue! Today I was told that it can take up to 8 working days for someone from Tech support to actually look at the issue
and feedback on it! Brilliant, so that's potentially 2 weeks without being able to get online.

I've always been impressed with the support I've had from Xbox in the past however they're really making a meal of this one.

my gamerscore has been reset?

and also my games played list has gone AWOL?

 

So, day 5 and still nothing from customer support and still no Gold subscription on my account.

Are there any Mods/Admins that would care to comment on whether they think this is acceptable?!

 

Another day and still no response from anyone?! Essentially it's theft at the moment, Microsoft are taking money from my account yet not dealing with the issues.

 

I got the same problems, it just goes to show how much they care. Made a poor excuse yesterday It was the Xbox Live Core services and they were down, they work today and surprise surprise I cannot get GOLD even though I had it in the first place. Got codes
to use and also they don't work.

 

They only really care if it's a big outage as they'll look bad. If it's only a handful of accounts they don't seem that fussed.

 

I am really annoyed they lied day after day when I told them it's an account problem.

 

I have got this problem too. I bought 12months of gold when i got my xbox one 2 months ago. I played titanfall yesterday and it worked fine, now this morning apparently I need to got gold to play this game, or any others.

I have tried to purchase gold again but it does not let me purchase it, saying my payment method is on too many accounts and needs to be removed from the other accounts before being able to be used on this one... I used it a week ago to buy titanfall!?!?!?

Whats going on microsoft, each day this isnt fixed I am losing out

 

They don't care, this has been going on for a week now for me. Everyday I ask them for answers and they come up with nothing. They need people looking into the error codes and the accounts issue.

I will not return to LIVE until it's sorted and will sell my console if this continues as it's useless being a Silver member.

 

I have the same problem every time i restart console membership is dissapearing.... Talked with 4 employees they were telling me we ll fix it so far nothing... Srsly what the hell...?

 

hi this has just happened to me on a 14 day gold after a day its stopped and wants me to buy gold so i used my 2 day pass and it went through then it came up a said buy gold whats going on i have just bought this xbox one and this is what i get come on sort

Ok phoned my friend to say cant get on and he cant as well what is going on i it somthing to do with the update?

 

one thing that i find not very funny is that i have a ps4 and love it but thought well all the problems that xbox have had are sorted so i bought one and after one great day of titain fall this has happend was i wrong to buy one can tis be sorted lets see
if anybody helps........
