Xbox Live Gold subscription from cdkeys.com

Purchased 12 month xbox live gold(worldwide) subscription from cdkeys.com, but the code i received giving me error that ''contact your seller to get the code for your region. This code was purchased in different region and can not be redeemed".

Why would they send code which can't work for all region? Do they refund the money or send new code, so far their email support said they will refund but i am doubtful as if they aren't ripoff company. Payment already made to them .

On the Xbox 360 all accounts will require a separate Gold subscription in order for them to play online.

Not an ideal situation but you can pick up a cheap subscription from cdkeys.com

You may want to check you bought the correct region. They have various regional codes for sale, I have had the same issue before and it was my mistake.

Please contact the website and ask for a refund or an alternative code for your region.

since this was purchased from a online store it's best to contact that store for information, it's not something anybody at Xbox can answer.

Afraid not.

The Xbox live gold sharing feature is only available on the Xbox One,not the Xbox 360.

If Microsoft Rewards is available in your region then it may be worth signing up for that so you can get a gold subscription for free after earning enough points.That can take time though.

Only other suggestion is to check out places like cdkeys.com as they sell subscriptions at a discount.

Code for Mortal Kombat X on Xbox One is just £29.99 on cdkeys.com. That's £7.50 cheaper than the current sale price on Live. Some of the sale prices are good but it is still work looking elsewhere because these sale prices aren't always the cheapest option.

cdkeys.com also have 12 months Gold for £21.99.
