    Xbox live gold subscription disappeared


    hi, my gold subscription has disappeared 2.5 months into a 12 month subscription. When checking the account it only shows the previously expired one. Any ideas? Tried Microsoft chat but after being stuck on 1 in line for hours it times out. Many thanks

    My Xbox Live Tenure has been set to "0"

    I am having the same issue. 10+ years of Xbox Live Gold subscription without a lapse. My '10' tenure icon has disappeared from my profile.

    Same problem here, I didn’t even get to use it at all. I used the 14 days trial they give you and then it was supposed to switch onto the 1 year and nothing. Now they say they can’t see it, as if I never redeemed it. Just lost 40£ of gold subscription. I
    threw away the card with the code I used. They just steal people and never admit to it. Xbox support is very unhelpful, especially that guy, David M.

    I do know that any games you got through Games With Gold disappear if your Xbox Live subscription expires.

    So my regular subscription will just continue after the 6 months is up?
    No. If you already had xbox live gold then when you add an xbox gamepass ultimate subscription (which includes Xbox live gold) it upgrades your existing Xbox live gold subscription to gamepass ultimate (hence why your gold subscription "disappeared")

    So lets say for example before you added the gamepass ultimate subscription you had 6 months of xbox live gold left. When you added the 6 month gamepass code youd essentially now have 12 months of gamepass ultimate in this above example.

    My xbox live gold is still active until 16 jan 2021 and y never canceled it since y have it... If i have 1 day without gold before take a new subscription the games disappears of my library ?
