Xbox live gold subscription card problem

Hello, there are a few months I send my Xbox One in repair for a problem of reader.

Once the return of my Xbox One, there was a paper with words of thanks for waiting.

It is also written "We have included a subscription card to Xbox Live Gold a month to testify our appreciation"

The problem is that no subscription card was given to me.

Can you help me solve this problem?

Bonjour, il y'a quelques mois j'ai envoyer ma Xbox One en réparation pour un problème de lecteur.

Une fois le retour de ma Xbox One, il y'avait un papier avec des mots de remerciement pour l'attente.

il est écrit aussi "Nous vons inclus une carte d'abonnement au Xbox Live Gold d'un mois pour témoigner de notre appréciation"

Le problème est qu'aucune carte d'abonnement ne m'a était donné.

Pouvez-vous m'aider a résoudre ce problème ?

Never heard of either of these places... always a little sketch to do it.

EDIT: Seems it went up to 43$ now.
